JEDDAH — Pakistan International School Jeddah–English Section (PISJ-ES) recently organized one of the most eagerly anticipated events of its Kindergarten — the Early Childhood Show in the school auditorium with exhilarating grit and gusto.

The auditorium was thematically adorned with sparkles of different colors and hues to depict the dynamism of ‘Our Beautiful World’. The attention to details was enormously commendable, as pictures and scriptures seem to breathe with life to listen, speak and respond to the skillfully selected fanfare of rhythm and rhymes.

In addition to our young scholars, the enthusiastic turnout of the parents added glory to the occasion. The formal proceedings of the program commenced with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by the national anthems of both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Clad in beautiful attires and imbued with the innate innocence, the descent of little angels on the auditorium floor enthralled the audience with their matchless confidence and flawless performance. Each of their recitals reflected the perfect depiction of their moral and ethical learning alongside the academic knowledge as at one stage, they extended gratitude to their Creator for His endless blessings, while on the other side they presented a heart touching tribute to their mothers.

Moreover, in conjunction with some of the compassionate aspects of life including ‘Patriotism’, ‘Mannerism’, Healthy Lifestyle, the vital communal requisites like the importance of all existing in a circle of life, effects of deforestation, community services, and international cultural diversity were highlighted dexterously through flawless performances.

On this occasion, Principal Adnan Nasir said, “Early Childhood Show is one of the longed for events in our academic calendar which aims to nurture the curiosity of our budding minds while guarding their uniqueness and creativity to their maximum potential so that they are able to display their talent with full confidence and academic disposition. Students’ unobtrusive expressions and heartfelt emotions are the true reflection of a healthy generation in its preparatory phase.”

He added, “Today’s children are the future architects of our world and only education is the key to unleash and channel their fathomable cosmos of intellect, talent and aptitude. As parents, it is our responsibility to mould the purity of their hearts and naivety of their minds to evolve them as responsible thinkers, innovative scholars, proactive leaders and foremost the holistically groomed individuals with strong character and integrity.”

He appreciated the entire team of the junior school for putting up such an amazing show, since, all the components of the event including costumes, musicals, props, play scripts with stage appearance were very well-coordinated and executed.

The buzz of the chirpy day came to an end with the message to ‘make the world a better place for everyone.’
