RIYADH — Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre has announced the appointment of Naif Al Mojil to the post of Director of People & Culture. Al Mojil will be responsible for developing, directing and overseeing all aspects of the Hotel’s People & Culture vision, strategy and execution.

With a career spanning over 17 years and encompassing numerous senior leadership roles in multinational organizations, Al Mojil brings to the position extensive experience in human resources management across various industries, including the retail, healthcare and e-commerce sectors. He will leverage his expertise to shape policy in crucial areas such as employee relations, recruitment and retention of team members, professional and personal development, benefits and compensation administration, and legal matters related to human resources at the property.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Al Mojil was employed as Country Manager for Human Resources at Souq.com – an Amazon company in Riyadh. During his career, he has held senior management roles at Alghanim Industries – Xcite, IKEA International, Al Faisaliah Group – FMS, and Carrefour.
