JEDDAH — Dr. Intakhab Alam Khan was recently conferred the eminent educator award (2019) by I2OR (International Institute of Organized Research) at an event organized in the north Indian city of Chandigarh.
Dr. Khan is currently associate professor (Education) at the Faculty of Applied Studies in King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah. He is actively engaged in research and publication of research papers and books.
The award was bestowed on him for his distinguished contribution to English language teaching.
Last year, Dr. Khan was awarded senior researcher award (Education) by GISR Foundation, India, in addition to the ‘Overseas researcher award’.
Dr. Khan is AMU and Jamia alumnus. He has earlier served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi.
