24-hour lockdown imposed on Al-Ahsa’s Al-Faisaliah, Al-Fadhliyah districts

RIYADH — An official source at the Ministry of Interior, while applying additional health precautionary measures, have isolated the two districts of (Al-Faisaliah, Al-Fadhliyah) in Al-Ahsa governorate until a further notice.

The source stated that the 24-hour lockdown was put in place in these two districts in light of the health recommendations submitted by the concerned authorities to strengthen precautionary measures to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus in the Kingdom, and to preserve the health and safety of citizens and residents.

In addition to the above mentioned measures, a total ban of entering and exiting the two districts has also been applied until a further notice. — SPA
