Saudi Arabia condemns terrorist attack that killed 29 soldiers in Tabatol

RIYADH —
Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the terrorist attack in the northwest of Tabatol, Niger.

The deadly attack on October 2 targeting security forces resulted in the death of 29 soldiers and serious injury to several others.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia expressed deep sorrow and sympathy to the families of the victims and the government and people of Niger.

The ministry confirmed Saudi Arabia's solidarity with Niger and its total rejection of all forms of terrorism, violence, and extremism regardless of their motives.
