Alliance Deccan Knights, while Jouf Jeddah, Yorkshire, Rockers & Blaster XI won easily in Jeddah Premier League’s (JPL) season-11 Sultan Champions Trophy Cup 2018. The tournament is being organized by Kingdom Sports Academy, title sponsored by Sultan Restaurant, and co-sponsors: KHIND, B. Cola, Adventure Tours & Travels, Ahmed Shirazi, Romman Restaurant. The league-cum-knockout tournament is played under the auspices of Saudi Cricket Centre and supported by SISCF. Morning Session York Chargers, batting first, made 71/10 in 12.4 overs, in reply, Kokan XI easily scored 75/6 in 12 overs and won by 4 wickets, Mudassir of Kokan XI was named man of the match for his 3 for 11. Jouf Jeddah Strikers, posted 176/5 in 15 overs, in reply Hyd Hawks scored 154/7 as Jouf Jeddah won by 22 runs. Imtiyaz was man of the match for his 3 for 35. UFCC humbled Hyd Strikers. UFCC scored 122/9 in 15 overs, and Hyd Strikers wee then bowled out for 105 in 14.1 overs. UFCC Kazeem bagged man of the match for his 33. Hyd Royals thumped Bhatkal Xl by 22 runs. Hyd Royals made 134/6 in 15 overs, in response Bhatkal Xl managed 112/9 in 15 overs. Man of the match was Shibu for his 4 for 17 spell. Yorkshire, downed KSA Yellow. Yorkshire posted 101/9 in 15 overs, and in reply, KSA Yellow were bowled out for 90 in 14 overs. Abedi from Yorkshire bagged man of the match for his 23 runs and 2 wickets. Rockers beat 777 Brothers by 5 runs. Rockers made 134/8 in 15 overs, and in reply, 777 Brothers managed 129/7 in 15 overs, Rockers’ Ayub was man of the match for his 32 runs. Gulbarga CT won against Super Chargers. Gulbarga CT made 126/8 in 15 overs, and in reply, Super Chargers were bowled out for 77 in 12.4 overs. Man of the match was Mujahid for his 38 runs. Blaster Xl defeated Elite CC. Blaster XI scored 141/9 in 15 overs, and in reply, Elite CC tallied 118/10 in 13.4 overs. Blaster Xl’s Azeem was man of the match for his 2 wickets. Afternoon Session AD Sunrisers Hyd made 166/7 in 15 overs, and in reply, Mehran CC were bowled out for 73 in 13 overs. AD Sunrisers Hyd’s Sajil was man of the match for his 44 runs & 3 wickets. KSA Green beat Snr. Alliance Deccan Knights by 9 wickets. Snr. Alliance Deccan Knights made 99 in 14.3 overs, and in reply, KSA Green easily scored 104/1 in 7.4 overs.
