CASABLANCA — Construction Products Holding Company (CPC), the golden sponsor of the 13th Annual FIKR Conference, which was organized by the Arab Thought Foundation (ATF) in Morocco recently.
The conference, which concluded on Sunday, was themed "The Arab integration: The dream of unity and the reality of division."
It had the support of King of Morocco, Mohammed VI, and Prince Khaled Alfaysal, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Arab Thought Foundation, who was also present at the event.
The event witnessed the participation of presidents, ministers, decision-makers, and Arab and international dignitaries, in addition to an elite group of Arab and foreign scholars, academics, and intellectuals.
Faysal Alaquil, CPC’s Director of Business Development, Chief of CSR and the official spokesperson, praised the role of ATF, the leadership of Prince Khaled Alfaysal, and the members of its Board of Trustees and Board of Directors in making every effort to raise awareness of the Arab nation’s basic principles and values, and to promote thought and creativity in the Arab world.
Alaquil emphasized the importance of holding such an event, especially during the rapid changes the Arab world is currently witnessing.
“As Arab countries go through many challenges, it is a good opportunity to reiterate the tremendous responsibility of Arab intellectuals and their role in raising awareness, enlightening people and objectively analyzing the situation and challenges facing our youth in the Arab countries,” Alaquil said.
For being the gold sponsor for Fikr 13, Alaquil said: “CPC has long been a strong supporter of the ATF's activities, and has actively promoted our mission to promote the unique culture and values of the Arab people."
He added: “CPC believes in sustainable development, as defined within the most important pillars of its work since its inception desire to maintain the nation's resources and development for future generations.
The company also is interested in national human resources and maximize its role in development and improve its performance at all levels, as well as localization of jobs in various sectors, including lowering the level of unemployment.”
