The Pakistan International School Jeddah, ES, has embarked on a list of achievements that has enabled it to provide quality education to the Pakistani community in the coastal city of Jeddah.



Equipped with highly talented staff and very professional management, the school is progressing by leaps and bounds.



The School worked on the legal status and licensing to avoid problems for students.



It managed to do the follow:




School’s license was renewed and its legal status was fixed; It has started the Civil Defense clearance process; The Balladic clearance work is almost complete; The compliance with Ministry of Labor requirements is nearly done; and the staff medical insurance streamline and staff iqama transfers started



The school has embarked on the first ever organization structure and was developed and shared with all.



It has appointed a seasoned professional principal and her visa is in process.  A detailed School Management System has been selected and it is in the process of implementation.



Also comprehensive policies and procedures have been developed and given for implementation in following:



• Hiring Policy

• Employment Contract

• End of Service Benefits

• Iqama Policy

• Retirement Policy

• Financial Policies



There have been achievement in academic improvements. Many new ideas have been introduced to achieve better results from students and satisfaction of their parents.



• Syllabus aligned wit the target certification.

• O Level Program reduced to two years instead of three years

• Teacher’s training Program has been started

• Education Advisor given a role of Curriculum development

• All of the school programs have been aligned with local laws and values.

• Additional sports activities are initiated through out the year.

• Many  unusual fee/charges have been reduced to relive the parents. Annual discount value is about SR4.0 million.

• Tuition Fee reduced

• Transport Fee reduced with even new bigger fleet of busses

• Laboratory charges reduced.

• Reduction in Examination fee

• Fee Payment directly into bank or via ATM card to make it easy for parents and better financial  control. — SG
