ABHA – Residents of the Southern border region are expected to perform funeral prayers following Asr (afternoon) prayer at Al-Rajhi Grand Mosque in Abha for the martyr Cpl. Sulaiman Al-Malki, a Border Guard personnel in Asir region.



Cpl. Al-Malki was injured during an exchange of fire with suspected Houthi rebels as they tried to cross the Saudi-Yemeni border in Asir region late Wednesday night. The concerned authorities are expected to issue an official statement.
