DUBAI - 2014 was a bad year for Syrian actress Nisreen Tafesh’s reputation, after fellow Syrian actress Dima Bayaa accused her of cheating with her husband actor Taim Hassan, Albawaba.com reported.



At the time, Dima was quoted as saying, “Nisreen knows exactly what kind of evidence I hold against her.” The shocking accusations led to Nisreen filing a lawsuit against Dima in a Dubai court for libel and slander. Over a year on, the Court of Misdemeanors in Dubai fined Dima $1,300 for defaming Nisreen. It was not immediately apparent if the actress plans on filing an appeal. - Agencies
