Saleh’s palace seized

Armed fighters loyal to Yemen’s President Abdrabbu Mansour Hadi stand in front of a house of ousted president Ali Abdullah Saleh after they seized it from Shiite Houthi rebels in the country’s third city Taiz. Saleh, who ruled for 33 years before being forced from power in 2012 after a bloody year-long uprising, threw the support of his loyalists in the army behind the Houthis. — AFP
