Car workshops under scanner

RIYADH — The Labor Office in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate is running an inspection campaign targeting all car workshops and vehicle repair stations. Head of Wadi Al-Dawasir Labor Office Minahi Al-Qahtani said inspections of 46 establishments so far led to the arrest of a number of expatriates who committed several violations including working in a job position different from what their work visa states, working for a different sponsor and other such violations. The inspectors issued the appropriate warning notices and penalties according to the Charter of the Ministry of Labor.
