HOME Centre, the region's largest home retailer, has launched a new customer care center in Saudi Arabia. In line with Home Centre’s on-going efforts to personalize and enhance overall customer experience and services, the customer care center will have agents collating feedback and suggestions to help achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Customers in Saudi Arabia can call the customer care center on its toll free number 800-123-4663, from Saturday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Alternatively, they can also email their queries to [email protected].
Through the newly set up customer care center in KSA, Home Centre will provide real-time updates on billing and delivery tracking through SMS notifications, interactive voice responses and personal calls from customer care agents. Calls will be directed to agents based on their specialized skill sets to ensure all queries are efficiently addressed in a timely manner.
