“If you are not happy with your stay, you do not pay” is the satisfaction guarantee Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton, are offering to their guests.

It is a promise that creates  loyal guests and their feedback is vital to this group of hotels.

According to the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of The Emirates, Oliver Kesseler, the number of complaints that the hotels receive after offering such a guarantee are very few.

Implementation the guarantee, which is a core guarantee to customers, has seen high guest numbers for the hotel chains. At the end of the year, Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of The Emirates will be opened. It is owned by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, with 370 rooms.

It will be one of the largest Hilton Garden Inn’s outside America.

In October, Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat opened.

Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina was the first to opened in Dubai, with 181 rooms, strategically located between Bur Dubai and Jumeirah, and accessible from Port Rashid. It is owned by Wasl Hospitality.

It takes around 10-15 minutes to reach Dubai Mall from the hotel, and the hotel offers free shuttle buses to Dubai Mall and one of the beaches to guests throughout the day.

This small yet warm hotel has four floors and a roof top where guests can use a swimming pool and enjoy the sun.

There is also a free, 24 hours gym available to all guests.

Regional Head, Focused Service Brand Management, EMEA, Hilton Worldwide, Mark Nagel said, “When we look at the features of the hotel, all hotels have restaurants that serve breakfast. Breakfast the important meal of the day for us and if you have not tried it, please try the breakfast waffle that you can make yourself.”

There is also a lounge area and a pantry next to the front desk that is open 24 hours for guests if they are hungry.

Nagel explained, that they know that people arrive to Dubai in several planes mornings and late nights. For the hotel it is vital to have this small shop to make sure that people when they arrive they have something to eat very quickly before going to bed.

Room service is available 24 hours, too.The hotel also has a business centre that can be accessed by the room card for free.

“Today people want to print maps, boarding passes, directions, they want to check availability to see a show and the nature of the business centre is complimentary and always available 24 hours a day,” he said.

The Cluster General Manager for Hilton Garden Inn Hotels, Mark Allaf, explained that Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina and  Al Muraqaba are offering Christmas and New Year’s Eve packages for families and singles.

In the future Hilton Garden Inn will expand more in the Kingdom, and will have hotel facilities where women and children can entertain alone. For example, a swimming pool for women only.
