JEDDAH — As part of the first anniversary of the coronation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, Saudi soccer fans will get an opportunity Friday to see former stars of both Barcelona and Real Madrid in Riyadh.
The match will be played at King Fahd International Stadium at 8:30 p.m. with the participation of 50 international legends like British soccer star David Beckham, Brazilian legends Rivaldo and Roberto Carlos, Portuguese Deco, Brazilian Savio, Dutch stars Edgar Davids and Franciscus de Boer and Spanish star Carles Puyol.
Ahmed Ratib, head of the organizing committee, announced that raffle for available prizes will be held during the match such as tickets to watch the upcoming match between Barcelona and Real Madrid, cash prizes of SR5,000 to whoever scores a goal against Barcleona and Real Madrid’s goalkeepers, Barcelona’s T-shirt signed by Messi and Real Madrid’s T-shirt signed by Ronaldo, footballs signed by the participating stars, invitations to attend a dinner with the stars, win a chance to meet with the stars, routers with 6 months free internet and mobile phones. The match will be televised by Saudi Sports TV.
