NAHDI recorded the highest rate of participation in one of the Human Resources Development Fund’s (HRDF) employment initiatives, contributing with 277 stories out of a total of 11300. Two of Nahdi’s employee stories made it to the top 150 success stories.
Israr celebrates stories of Saudi young employees and business owners who showed perseverance and determination in facing challenges and obstacles while starting up their businesses or in searching for jobs. This initiative aims at inspiring future Saudi generations, by inviting them to witness these success stories which showcase how perseverance and hard work always pays off.
Nahdi was one of the ten companies selected to participate in the corporate edition of “Israr” which took place in 2015 as a pilot year. The presence of Nahdi’s stories was felt strongly, with 60% of them coming from the southern region of the Kingdom. The top three stories came from the southern region and were rewarded within an internal initiative. Pharmacist Awad Al Barqi won first place and was rewarded with SR7, 000, Assistant Pharmacist Ma’yad Al Yami came in second place and was rewarded with SR5,000, and Nasser Al Yami who came in third was awarded SR3.000.
Asser Al Joharji, CEO of Nahdi, said: “We at Nahdi strive to provide healthy and flexible work environments while embedding a sense of pride, and excellence within the organization. These stories stand as a testament to our constant efforts at motivating, and developing the skills of our employees. We aim to excel in our performance through the many activations, and development programs present, which aim at motivating our employees to increase productivity.” — SG
