RIYADH – A border guard was killed and three others injured in a mine blast on Tuesday morning, the security spokesman at the Ministry of Interior said. The blast occurred at around 5.30 a.m. while the border guard team was patrolling on the border area in Al-Daer sector in the southern Jazan province. All the injured were taken to hospital, the Saudi Press Agency reported quoting the spokesman.
