Pak Force and Indian Strikers emerge supreme

Rustam Ali RIYADH — Pak Force was crowned champion of Huraymala League, while Indian Strikers claimed the Hayer League title in RCA SCC Cup here. The T20 tournament was organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) and was sponsored by Saudi Cricket Centre (SCC). In Huraymala League, Pak Force thumped Riyadh Warriors by 7 wickets to win the crown. Riyadh Warriors piled up 156 for 8. Mohsin top scored with 51 off 31 balls. Asif hit 22, Shaikh 29 and Rahim 12. Imran and Hammad bagged 2 wickets each. Mudasir and Nisar took 1 wicket each. In reply, Imran Raja (54), Naveed (48), Mohsin (23) and Zohaib (16) took Pak Force to thumping win in just 11.5 overs. Abdul Ghafoor, Abdul Raheem and Taufique took a wicket each. Imran Raja was adjudged the Man of the Match. In Hayer League, Indian Strikers thrashed TBCC by 7 runs to be crowned champion. Indian Strikers piled up 166 for 8. Anish blasted 40 off 13 balls. Aneesh scored 28 while Neshter and Vijay contributed 21 runs each. Shameem grabbed 2 wickets. Jasim, Akhil, Salam and Faisal claimed a wicket each. TBCC managed 159 for 7. Shareef scored 68 off 52 balls. Akhil and Khadir mustered 32 and 18, respectively. Ashraf picked up 2 wickets. Mithun, Raj and Anish took a wicket each. Anish was declared the Man of the Match for his all-round performance.
