Hilal-Nike unveil new home kit

RIYADH — Al-Hilal, one of the leading clubs of the Kingdom, will play in a fresh and bold new home kit for the 2016-17 season.  The shirt and shorts are a vivid royal blue with a black stripe along both sides from underneath the armpit to the hem of the shorts.  When Al-Hilal’s players are in motion, this stripe will accentuate the contours of their bodies to create a distinct sense of speed.  The cuffs on the sleeves, and the hem on the shorts both feature a black ombre faded black graphic, as though dipped in black ink.  During night games, this graphic will highlight the players’ physical presence underneath the floodlights.  The new home socks are a matching royal blue with a black linear graphic on the calf, and are augmented with a performance footbed, as well as toe and Achilles cushioning. Nike Dri-FIT Technology  Nike Dri-FIT technology draws sweat away from the body to the exterior of the shirts and shorts, where it quickly evaporates. This allows players to perform at their best by remaining cooler, drier and more comfortable. The laser-cut ventilation holes and mesh panels in key areas of the kit are designed to improve performance by increasing air circulation and helping regulate players’ temperatures.
