The trio!

Hussein Shobokshi THE repercussions following Britain’s exit of the European Union makes the world to consider the feasibility of economic blocs and the severity of reliability under the apparent rise of national extremists and national trends in more than one place around the world today. There are apparently visible forces within the bloc itself and this was evident that France and Germany are the two states of gravity in the European Union and they have decided that Italy be the next state to be the pivotal third power, which will replace Britain after it leaves the group. Perhaps it could be a remarkable motivation to form such a bloc in the Arab region as well. The trio will work on political and economic stability and be proactive in order to focus on stability and security in the region. They would also focus, importantly, on the fight against extremism and terrorism, in all of its forms, and set ambitious economic targets to bring about a significant and highly influential developmental leap that is essential in the area. The trio in the Arab region that constitutes of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates can lead the region towards stability and economic development. Amid tensions and bloody wars that has devastated the region and its people, the trio in the bloc has the wisdom to reject and combat extremism and focus on development of economic opportunities and improve social conditions in their own countries. These countries have significance and influential power not only in their own state geographically but their influence extends to the region as a whole from political, investment and economic aspects. The trio in the bloc increases the weight and strength with its influence and impact in the region and they have made their growing mark felt in different areas. There are integration elements existing in these three countries and these elements help them in establishing a closer relationship and understanding among themselves and also keeps them apart from bickering with many other countries in the region. The most important factors these three countries have is wisdom and they strive towards building elements of success for economic and political integration and safeguard their own country from raging tension of extremism which threatens the region and specifically their own countries. It is clear that the three political leaders of these countries seek to follow-up and endeavor to plan the success of this new unique system for Arab integration, in which other countries have succeeded temporarily and others have failed totally. This is a time of great challenges. Some of the major responsibilities are unemployment, development and combating terrorism but there are other challenges that need great attention such as security threats from known and unknown organizations. The triple bloc, in its unofficial shape, is the first ray of hope that is required in the area where nothing but bloodshed and smell of death prevails. The success of the three countries in the bloc will not only concern these three countries themselves but it will create a positive precedent that is required in a very dreary and miserable environment.
