BERLIN —Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Khalid Al-Falih took part in high-level discussions on climate change with environment and energy experts, ministers and senior officials from all over the world.
These discussions took place during the Petersberg Climate Dialogue here.
Al-Falih, in his speech at the second session of the Dialogue, said: "The economic transformation as well as the diversification of economic activities are two things of utmost importance for the success of nations in the future, especially those that rely on limited resources in their economy."
Al-Falih presented the Kingdom's vision and approach to achieve global targets pertaining to economy, energy and environment, highlighting the Kingdom's energy policy, which aims to continue providing global markets with their needs of energy.
