Unlicensed water bottles seized

Al-Umrah district branch municipality in Makkah has seized a number of trucks selling unlicensed water bottles to shops and houses in the holy city. Muwafaq Al-Ossaimi, acting director of the municipality's department of services, said the Saudi Food and Drugs Authority (SFDA) has supplied them with the names of all the water bottling factories in and outside the industrial cities. “The trucks we have grounded bear commercial names of bottling factories in Jeddah which turned out to be fake,” he added. — SG photo by Badea Abu Al-Naja
