Eid Fahd Al-Mutairi (left), a young Saudi from Al-Salhiyah town in Qasim, has set a new example of love and loyalty to the kin by donating part of his liver to his 3-month old nephew suffering from cirrhosis since his birth. The liver transplant operation was successfully conducted at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh.
