The Saudi Total Petroleum Products Co. Ltd (STPP) and the Ibrahim Al Juffali & Bros. Tires Company, the agent of Global «Michelin» Automotive Tires in Saudi Arabia, have signed an agreement on the provision of car oil change services at the heavy transport tires center belonging to Michelin, which is currently based in various regions of the Kingdom, and at the new centers that will be open in the future.
Hisham Atallah, Managing Director of STPP, said: “This agreement is the first of its kind for our company, and we are pleased to sign it with the leading company Ibrahim Al Juffali & Bros.
Tires which provides high-quality tires products. It has also a large number of service centers currently at 25 centers spread over the regions of the Kingdom. These centers carry the logo of Michelin for trucks services.”
Atallah added: «Al Juffali will be an important partner now and in the future, as the car oil change service will be available at its current and future centers for the heavy vehicles services, allowing us to reach a larger number of our clients, who trust the Total products and the Michelin tires at the same time, thus achieving everyone’s interests and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.»
He further said STPP owns blending plant for production and packaging, with a productive capacity up to 50,000 tons per year at the King Abdullah Economic City in Rabigh City, where the high-quality oil is manufactured according to the specifications of Global Total S.A., and accordingly, the factory has received the ISO 9001-14001 Certificate, in addition to the Saudi Standard Specifications Certificate (SASO).
Nizar Sanadiki, General Manager of Ibrahim Al Juffali & Bros. Tires Company (Michelin), said due to the company’s confidence in Total’s lubricant products, it was keen on signing this agreement with them to expand their joint services for their clients and ensure that they will receive the highest level of service as they always had, by dealing with two of the most prominent names in the world in the tires and lubricants field.
Sanadiki confirmed that the Saudi market is the largest market in the region regarding the cars field and its services, which opens up broad prospects for us to increase our production and provide outstanding service for those who trust in the two global manufacturers who occupy prominent positions in all their respective global markets. — SG
