AJMAN — Real Estate Regulatory Agency – Ajman (ARRA), the state-run institution mandated with regulating the real estate activities and developments in Ajman, announced Saturday (Nov. 26) the upcoming “Ajman Real Estate Conference 1” scheduled for December 14, 2016, that will showcase the real estate project pipeline in the Emirate and its envisioned future.

To be held under the patronage of Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman and a member of the UAE Supreme Council, the one-day conference will be organized at Ajman Emirates Hospitality Center under the theme ‘Sustainable Development According to Global Standards’.

The “Ajman Real Estate Conference 1” will focus on the emerging trends in the real estate domain in Ajman and is aimed at harnessing the potential of the real estate sector in the Emirate. ARRA expects distinguished delegates and investors from the GCC region and Middle East along with International Real Estate bodies.

Yafea Al Faraj, Executive Director of Real Estate Regulatory Agency – Ajman, said: “It is a matter of immense privilege for ARRA to host the “Ajman Real Estate Conference 1”, which will serve as a great platform to showcase the vast growth potential in the Ajman Real Estate Sector. We expect a strong participation of investors across the globe and insightful deliberations during the forum, which will help bring international best practices to the fore.”

The conference is being held amidst burgeoning trends for the Ajman Real Estate. Real estate transactions in Ajman were valued more than AED1.5 billion in 2016. The transaction was over 18,201 units were sold in freehold real estate projects in the Emirate, with an increase of 39% compared to 2015.

The statistics and indicators reflect that Ajman real estate is on the right path on its road to flourish, attracting investors and business owners from multiple nationalities. More than 60 different nationalities from around the world have invested in freehold projects in Ajman which makes the emirate a popular & trusted place for property investment.

Besides highlighting the future of real estate in Ajman, the Conference will also shed light on the international standards program, sustainability in real estate projects, the role of social media in real estate marketing and will also host sessions for owners’ association. — SG
