The modern interpretation of a 1920s Chicago steakhouse, serving American prime-cuts, great sides and classic cocktails, the restaurant’s sleek contemporary design contrasts the retro décor elements, featuring rich dark woods and distressed leather banquettes. Eclectic details continue right into the bathrooms, where unique accents line the tile work. The menu showcases prime cuts of high-quality American meats, featuring USDA natural Black Angus from Creekstone Farms in Kansas. The kitchen features a 1,800-degree-Fahrenheit oven for searing, a charcoal grill and a smoker. An antique bread oven is a showpiece, baking fresh, aromatic Parker House rolls.
