[/caption] By Ibrahim Alawi JEDDAH — Deputy Director of the Traffic Department and former Director of Jeddah Traffic Department Maj. Gen. Waslallah Bin Wasl Al-Harbi died Saturday morning in a traffic accident on Jeddah-Makkah Expressway near the shelter home in Al-Shimaysi. He was heading to Makkah to inspect Traffic Department offices. In an interview to Okaz earlier this this month, he said: “I long for Jeddah and God willing my upcoming tours will be there. It is the governorate I love.”
