RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman strongly condemned the terror attacks in Ankara and Berlin that claimed the lives of Russia’s ambassador to Turkey and 12 people in Germany. In separate cables sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin and German President Joachim Gauck, the King offered condolences to the families of the victims as well as to the peoples and governments of Russia and Germany. The King reiterated Saudi Arabia’s firm position in rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and emphasized the need for stepping up global efforts to stamp it out.
