JEDDAH — The Board of Directors of Okaz Organization for Press and Publications in a meeting under its chairman Abdullah Saleh Kamel has discussed current efforts being exerted to improve the organization's performance and rationalize expenditure in the light of new developments and challenges facing the media industry in general.
The meeting discussed measures to be taken to face the changes in the media market in a manner that would preserve the gains of the organization and take its activities to a higher level.
The board discussed the amended budget of the organization and its various sections for the fiscal year 2017, in addition to a number of other issues related to the organization's aims and objectives.
The meeting was attended by Nabeel Al-Hossain, Walid Bin Mahfouz, Dr. Tariq Fadaq, Dr. Ahmed Al-Youssef, Hussain Shobokshi, Dr. Walid Arab Hashim, Director General Dr. Walid Qattan, Editor-in-Chief of Okaz Jameel Al-Diyabi and Ahmed Bin Solaiman Al-Battah, the board's secretary-general.
