RIYADH — Dr. Bandar Al-Aiban, president of the Human Rights Commission, on Tuesday received the British Ambassador to the Kingdom Simon Collis. During the meeting, issues pertaining to human rights and the nature of the commission’s work and the measures it is following in dealing with human rights issues were discussed. Dr. Al-Aiban gave an account of the efforts being exerted by the Kingdom in support of human rights in addition to the Kingdom’s assistance to fair issues all over the world. He also pointed to the developments witnessed by the Kingdom in achieving sustainable development according to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 which aims at securing a comprehensive development for a better future of the Kingdom and its people.
