OAKLAND — The Golden State Warriors bounced back in a big way Wednesday, romping to a wire-to-wire 123-92 NBA victory over the under-manned Chicago Bulls. Klay Thompson celebrated his 27th birthday by sinking six three-pointers en route to a game-high 28 points for the Warriors, who were shocked by the Kings in Sacramento Saturday. The Warriors haven’t lost back-to-back games since April of 2015. Kevin Durant scored 22 points, pulled down 10 rebounds and handed out seven assists and Draymond Green added 19 points as the Warriors improved their league-leading record to 44-8. Stephen Curry had a quiet night, scoring 13 points to see his streak of consecutive games of 20 or more end at 16. That didn’t matter against a Bulls team missing All-Star forward Jimmy Butler because of a bruised heel and veteran guard Dwyane Wade, who stayed at the team hotel because of an upper respiratory illness. Robin Lopez had 17 points and 10-rebounds while Taj Gibson had 15 points with nine rebounds for the Bulls. Cavaliers 132, Pacers 117 Kyrie Irving and Kyle Korver each scored 29 points to help the Cavaliers end the Pacers’ seven-game winning streak. LeBron James added 25 points for the Cavaliers, who won their fourth game in a row. Korver hit 10 of 12 shots, including 8 of 9 three-point shots. Kevin Love chipped in with 14 points and 10 rebounds for Cleveland. C.J. Miles led the Pacers with 23 points, hitting 6 of 9 3-pointers. Paul George and Teague each had 22 points. Heat 106, Bucks 88 Hassan Whiteside scored 23 points and James Johnson added 20 as the Miami Heat extended their winning streak to 12 games with a 106-88 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 21 points and Jabari Parker had 14 to lead the Bucks (22-29), who lost for the 11th time in their last 13 games. Other results: Hawks 117, Nuggets 106; Pistons 121, Lakers 102; Spurs 111, 76ers 103; Jazz 127, Pelicans 94; Wizards 114, Knicks 110 (OT); Grizzlies 110, Suns 91; Clippers 119, Knicks 115; Timberwolves 112, Raptors 109 Kings 108, Celtics 92. — Agencies
