Splash brand ambassador Kaif takes part in its Dubai show

BY SHAHD ALHAMDAN DUBAI — In an energetic night filled with excitement and enthusiasm, Katrina Kaif, Splash brand ambassador that have not visited Dubai for a long time, finally met her fans during Splash Spring Fashion Show at Mall of the Emirates last Feb. 23. Splash Spring 2017 fashion collection focused on the bohemian clothes designs and colors. The new collection features a wide array of looks for men and women, while giving the youth a chance to give the mix feeling of comfort and confidence. Several women pieces have the printed flowers designs. Gold accessories and thick necklaces are what differentiate Splash spring season collections this year. Speaking to Saudi Gazette, Kaif, an international actress and model, explained that for her, it’s fun and enthusiastic to be in Dubai again after a long time and bring back the old memories and the niceties that Splash made in this event. She added that Splash is a very wearable brand and it is related to every women. “The pieces are vey feminine. Every woman can find something that suites her everyday, and the collection tonight that you will be seeing for the show is very bohemian, fresh, easy, and it is spring-summer (wear),” Kaif said. Kaif further said Splash as a brand for her embodies effortless style and great fashion. Moreover, she said “I am very happy to represent the brand as an ambassador for the Middle East. I have known Raza Beig, Director- Landmark Group and CEO- Splash and ICONIC. I think he is a very wonderful person. He built the brand from nothing and that is for me very fascinating to see before working with the brand… how they built up, where they get the ideas from, how they get the inspiration, and how this is important to them.” Raza Beig, Director, Landmark Group and CEO, Splash and ICONIC, said “Kaif is gorgeous and she has a beautiful heart which one would need as a brand ambassador. She knows what she is doing, she is confident.” During the fashion show, all the fans were waiting for Kaif and several competitions where held, with multiple gifts from Splash for the winners. After a while the fashion show started and Kaif appeared on stage to greet her fans. She then went to visit Splash showroom in Mall of the Emirates and her fans where part of her journey.
