JEDDAH – Nafoura presented a taste of Italy in the vibrant city of Jeddah at the recently held 7-day Italian Food Festival at Park Hyatt Jeddah.
Alessandro Sandrolini, the best culinary chef from Bologna, Italy, joined the Park Hyatt team and showcased mouth-watering dishes.
The restaurant offered the finest Mediterranean food in “freestyle cuisine” – a concept that combines an excellent chef, a dynamic menu based on organic seasonal produce and a good dose of innovation.
The design concept was a combination of high ceilings, stone flooring, contemporary interior and elegant relaxing seating.
Nafoura serves from an open show kitchen and offers a large terrace featuring a traditional Middle Eastern grill station. – SG
