HAIL — The Health Affairs Directorate in Hail is investigating an alleged medical mistake that resulted in the death of a young woman. The woman was admitted to King Khalid Hospital with gallbladder problems, and the doctors decided to operate on her. After the operation, she was taken to the intensive care unit, where she died later. The police were alerted when the woman's brother headed to the hospital carrying a machine gun after he learned of his sister's death due to a medical error. Police arrived at the scene and prevented the man from entering the hospital premises. A police spokesman said the man was arrested at the hospital gate.
