Charities benefit from SR23m donated by Crown Prince

JEDDAH — Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, has donated SR23 million to help charity societies in the Riyadh region. This was part of the Project of Support of Prince Muhammad Bin Salman for charity societies in all regions of the Kingdom. The societies have received the amount donated from the Crown Prince’s personal expense.

The donation has benefited 11,680 men and women recipients, affiliated to 14 charities in Riyadh region, covering seven social categories such as orphans, people with special needs, cancer patients, down’s syndrome patients, widows, divorcees, would-be grooms and brides, and needy and destitute families, the Saudi Press Agency reported. — SG
