WEST PALM BEACH, Fl. - A 22-year-old New York man and an 81-year-old Florida woman who struck up a friendship playing Words with Friends captured the Internet's hearts by meeting in person. Harlem rapper Spencer, 22, flew to West Palm Beach to spend time with Roz, 81, a woman who became a close friend despite the miles between them thanks to online game Words with Friends. Spencer said he and Roz were randomly paired by the game and they went on to play more than 300 games together. The meeting was arranged by Amy Butler, a New York pastor who accompanied Spencer on his trip. Spencer and Butler both posted photos of the meeting to Twitter, where they quickly went viral. The accounts expressing joy at the unusual friendship story included the official account of Words with Friends. "We can't get enough of this! Amazing. Thank you for sharing your story with us," the game's makers tweeted in response to Spencer's photos.
