Saudia officials see off stranded passengers

Officials of Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) on Tuesday see off Bangladeshi passengers who were briefly stranded in Jeddah following a technical fault in the aircraft carrying them. Saudia flight SV3818 from Madinah to Dhaka made an emergency landing at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah on Monday due to a nose gear malfunction. All 141 passengers and 10 crew members were safely evacuated from the aircraft. The Airbus A330-200 was wet-leased to the national carrier. — Courtesy photo
