JEDDAH — In the month of Ramadan, the Qur’an is a great reward for the Umat of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him). Qur’an is a source of guidance, which is the solution to every human problems in life. There are 104 heavenly books and writings, but the Qur’an is the only book that will remain until the end, said Maulana Syed Qadir Mohiuddin Qadri Junaid Pasha, secretary Bazme Tariq, while addressing a function entitled “Yum-e-Qur’an and Istaqbal Zoyouf-ul-Rahman” (Guests of Allah), organized by the old boys association of Jamia Nizamia Jeddah.
Maulana Hafiz Qari Mohammad Nizam uddin Ghouri Sufi Qadri, president Bazme kamil Hadith Jamia Nizamia, presided over the gathering. Maulana Qazi Mohammed Hashim Nizami, Maulana Hafiz Qari Mohammad Javed, Syed Khawaja Shamsuddin Wilayat Sabri were chief guests.
Muhammad Aminuddin Ansari, Mir Muhammad Ali, Ahmad Nasir uddin Farooqui, Mirza Qudrat Nawaz Baig, Liaqat Ali Khan, Mohammad Yusuf Waheed, Hafiz Ismail Raza Qadri and Mohammad Afsar Ali were present on the occasion. Mohammad Fayyaz Hussain and Mohammad Abdul Aziz participated in the arrangement.
The function started with recitation of few verses from Holy Qur’an by Qari Muhammad Fahad and Syed Sabir Hussein Sabari, secretary youth committee, and Mohammad Mustafa Ali presented Naat.
Syed Mohammad Emad ud din Ahmed Qadri, Mohammed Muslah uddin Javed Sabri, Syed Mohammed Abdul Rub Qadri, vice president finance Committee, Maulana Hafiz Muhammad Hayder Ali Khan, Maulana Irfan ullah Shah Saifi Nuri, founder, Anjuman Saif-ul-Islam and Maulana Hafiz Qadri Mohammad Hussein Naqbandi, founder Dar ul Oluom Baraktia, were guests of honor. They presented appreciation shield to the chief guest.
Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nizmuddin Ghouri, in his presidential address, appreciated the services of Bazm and welcomed the guests. Maulana Irfan ullah Noori also addressed the event and congratulated the newly elected Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nizm uddin Ghouri as president and expressed his good wishes.
Eventually, a prayer for Muslims of Palestine, Syria and world peace and prosperity was made.
