RIYADH — The Portuguese capital Lisbon is hosting an exhibition titled the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ... Heritage and Culture” organized by King Abdul Aziz Historical Center from July 18 to 20.

The General Authority for Culture will offer a variety of artistic and cultural activities, including cinematic performances and discussions held in the presence of artists and directors.

In addition, there will be an Arabic calligraphy pavilion where a number of Saudi calligraphers will present classes for visitors to the exhibition and also an Arab hospitality pavilion, which will reflect the Arabian hospitality model in the Kingdom.

On the other hand, a Saudi folklore band will present a variety of the Kingdom's musical heritage.

The participation of the General Authority for Culture in the event comes as part of its efforts in enhancing the presence of Saudi Arabia abroad. — SG
