The Oberoi, Madina continues to create bespoke culinary experiences for its guests throughout the year. Celebrating the success of food festivals, the hotel revealed its calendar for 2019. The Oberoi, Madina are currently hosting a Japanese Food Festival at Kyoto, an in-house Japanese Restaurant, with a team of highly qualified chefs from all over the world. The chefs prepare innovative dishes, with exotic ingredients sourced from various areas in Japan. “The festival started last month and will continue until the end of April. The festival will continue from 1 pm until 3 pm for lunch and from 7 pm until 11 pm for dinner,” Khaled Thabet Executive Assistant Manager F&B of The Oberoi, Madina said. The hotel introduced a pastry and bakery festival at the beginning of the year, which will run throughout 2019. Marwan Hefzi, resident Manager of the hotel, Samaher Elsaati, the guest relation manager of the hotel along with Thabet initially inaugurated a pastry shop at the Tea House in the presence of a large group of women for a unique ‘tasting experience’. Tea House offers more than 100 types of pastries with oriental and French delicacies such as gateaux, along with cakes for different occasions such as weddings and birthdays. The bakery also serves an enormous selection of traditional sweets like basbousa, kunafa and baklava as well as a party selection including sandwiches, pizzas, patties and other specialties. To top it all, the hotel has a special 20% discount on all products until the end of the year.

The Oberoi, Madina will host a range of exciting food festivities throughout the year, including a Mocktails and Juices Festival during May, a Pizza Festival throughout June and July; a Mango Festival during August, Thai Food festival during September and October and an Indian Food festival during November and December.

Thabet said that the festivals offer dishes from different regions of world, which are preferred by hotel guests. The hotel is keen on offering memorable culinary experiences to diverse and multicultural guests. Join them on your next trip to Madinah, one of the greatest cities in the world.
