RIYADH –
The Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) has called on private sector firms to register for the electronic job fair 13, which will be held from June 30 to July 4.

The fair is aimed at presenting job opportunities available at the firms electronically to Saudi men and women.

The hiring process will be made on the basis of an online interview. The fair provides employers an opportunity to have contact with the jobseekers electronically.

Private firms can register for the job fair through the link (https://www.taqat.sa/web/employer/eliqaatmanagement)

The fair also aims at ensuring effective contribution of private firms in the Saudization of jobs available with them.

The e-interview is an interactive and time-saving process in which Saudi jobseekers from across the Kingdom can have direct contact with employers by taking advantage of the latest version of technology from their computers and mobile phones, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

As an e-career tool, the fair seeks to facilitate the presentation of career opportunities available with private sector firms for which jobseekers can apply after contacting directly with the employers. HADAF is vigorously pursuing the Saudization program through its National Labor Gateway (Taqat) initiative, being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the Ministry of Civil Service. Taqat provides a full-fledged platform for both the public and private sectors as well as service providers in the Saudi labor market. Also, it brings together jobseekers and employers with offering effective and efficient services for employment and training that increase stability and up-skilling of Saudi nationals with giving equal opportunities for all.
