DAMMAM — The Ministry of Interior, while applying additional health precautionary measures, has isolated the second industrial city in Dammam region until further notice.

An official source at the Ministry of Interior said a total ban of entering and exiting the second industrial area has also been applied to curb the spread of the new coronavirus.

Freight shipments will be able to come and go from the area. The decision allows vital factories to operate at one-third capacity, the source added.
