CAIRO — The speaker of the Arab Parliament Dr. Mishaal Bin Fahm Al-Salami strongly condemned, here Friday, the Houthi coup militia's launching of a explosive-laden UAV and a ballistic missile towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which were successfully intercepted by the Joint Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy, in Yemen.

Al-Salami stressed that the Iranian regime holds the responsibility of these cowardly terrorist attempts, which have been repeated many times, recently, as this regime insists on spreading chaos, sabotage and destruction in the Arab region, as it continues to supply the Houthi coup militia with smart weapons, ballistic missiles, drones, experts and military advisors.

In Jeddah, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's (OIC) Secretary General Dr. Yousef Bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen praised the Coalition's vigilance, which managed on Thursday to intercept and destroy a booby-trapped drone launched by the terrorist Houthi militia.

Al-Othaimeen stressed that the recurrent hostilities of the terrorist Houthi militia do not serve the efforts to find a peaceful solution. At the same time, he reiterated the OIC's condemnation of those actions by the terrorist militia and those behind them and providing them with money and weapons. — SPA
