Almarai supports Tetamman center at King Khalid hospital in Al-Kharj

RIYADH — As part of Almarai's initiative of supporting efforts made to combat COVID-19 pandemic, the company provided its food products to Tetamman Center at King Khalid Hospital in Al-Kharj. Almarai aims to support the front lines working in confronting COVID-19, and to meet the nutritional needs of health practitioners.

“The company is continuously striving to fulfill its national duty as well as its social responsibility by supporting the efforts of the health sector and health practitioners in various regions of the Kingdom,” Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Almarai said.

“We prioritize our national duty since we are going through an exceptional period that requires collective efforts to preserve the health of citizens and residents,” Al-Otaibi added.

Almarai Company has provided an amount of 2 million Riyals to King Khalid Hospital in Al-Kharj to contribute to the development of intensive care department. It has also provided food baskets for health practitioners in several Riyadh hospitals during the Corona pandemic. — SG
