ABU DHABI —
Saudi Arabia has been added to Abu Dhabi’s list of “green list' destinations, according to an updated list announced by the Department of Culture and Tourism — Abu Dhabi on Monday.

Along with the Kingdom, Kazakhstan and Morocco always made it to the updated list.

The updated “green list” includes the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Australia, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Morocco, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Passengers traveling from these destinations will be exempt from mandatory quarantine measures after arriving in Abu Dhabi and will only be required to undergo PCR testing upon arrival at Abu Dhabi Airport.

Authorities in Abu Dhabi regularly update the “green list” to include countries, regions, and territories based on coronavirus developments.

Inclusion in the list is subject to strict criteria of health and safety to ensure the well-being of the UAE community. The list also only applies to countries passengers are traveling from rather than citizenship.
