WASHINGTON — US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stressed that the comprehensive and permanent solution for the conflict in Yemen is a top priority for the US, expressing his aspiration for continuous participation between his country and other partners to realize peace in Yemen.

In a press statement on the occasion of the 31st Unity Day of Yemen, Blinken expressed the US’s appreciation for the Yemeni government’s commitment toward realizing peace in Yemen, stressing his country’s commitment to helping achieve a prosperous future for all Yemenis.

“On behalf of the government of the United States of America, I offer bests wishes to the people of Yemen on the occasion of your 31st National Unity Day. The United States appreciates the Republic of Yemen government’s ongoing commitments towards achieving peace in Yemen.
