MoH wins top global award for COVID-19 awareness campaign

RIYADH — The Ministry of Health (MoH) has bagged the Creative Floor Healthcare Award in London for it awareness campaign under the theme "OyounakTakfi" (which means your eyes are enough for communication) to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Through the campaign, the MoH aimed to highlight the importance of face masks and urge members of society to wear them everywhere to prevent the COVID-19 and limit its spread.

The campaign included many awareness leaflets and videos showing the importance of masks, which were published on social media with the participation of various government agencies.

Held in London, the Creative Floor is the only health and wellness award show in the world to donate a percentage of profits to help more diversity and help underprivileged talent break into the healthcare communications industry. Winners of the awards decide how the money is spent.
