RIYADH — Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah met with UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator for Yemen David Gressly at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh Tuesday.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the humanitarian situation in Yemen and relief and humanitarian efforts exerted to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people in light of the difficult crisis it is going through, where talks also addressed the humanitarian threat related to the floating oil storage Safer.
Gressly praised the highly important humanitarian efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia in Yemen, stressing the significance of supporting them to solve the humanitarian crisis there, referring to the fruitful cooperation with KSrelief.
He said that both sides are working together to find solutions to the humanitarian challenges in Yemen and expressing appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s contributions. — SPA
