Grand Mosque receives over 150,000 copies of Holy Qur’an

MAKKAH — The Guidance and Call Affairs Agency at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, represented by the Holy Qur’an Administration, has provided the shelves with 150,000 new copies of the Holy Qur’an from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an for visitors of the Grand Mosque.

Director of the Holy Qur’an Administration at the Grand Mosque Hamzah Bin Ibrahim Al-Salimi said that the administration has provided the shelves and specialized drawers with Braille copies of the Holy Qur’an for the blind.

In addition, copies with interpretations of the Holy Qur’an in several languages, mainly English, Urdu, and Indonesian and copies of Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar (easy interpretation), Al-Mushaf Al-Jawamii, and the big sized Holy Qur’an were also distributed in various locations of the Grand Holy Mosque.

He stressed that the process of providing copies of the Holy Qur’an and interpretation of the meanings of the Holy Qur’an and Braille copies and Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar is ongoing to benefit visitors of the Grand Mosque and use their times wisely. — SPA
