RIYADH — Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received on Thursday the president and members of the Yemen Presidential Leadership Council.
The Crown Prince expressed Saudi Arabia's support for the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council and its aspiration that the council’s establishment would contribute to the start of a new chapter that would move Yemen from war to peace and development.
The Crown Prince also expressed hope that the next stage would be different, noting the determination and optimism of all.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman reiterated that the Kingdom was keen for Yemen to enjoy security, stability and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Prince Khaled bin Salman, Deputy Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Advisor, Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Head of the Presidency of State Security, Abdulaziz Al-Huwairini; President of General Intelligence Khalid Al-Humaidan; and Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammad Al-Jaber. — SPA
